Policies
Guests are required to provide their own linen, pillows, towels and tea towels.
Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking in cottage.
Check in on Saturdays: 2 pm. Check out on Saturdays: 10 am.
We require a deposit of $500.00 to hold the cottage. Payable within 3 weeks of booking confirmation.
In the event that you need to cancel your stay with us, we will do our best to get the cottage rented out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we do, we are happy to refund your deposit minus $100.00 for processing fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your deposit will be forfeited.
